By using Bambino.io ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

Bambino.io is a web-based AI service that transforms photos into stylized animated character images. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process uploaded images and generate artistic renditions.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Upload only photos that you have the right to use
  • Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate
  • Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
  • Not use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
  • Not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy the AI models used by the Service

Content Ownership

Your photos: You retain all rights to the original photos you upload. We claim no ownership over your content.

Generated images: The stylized images generated by our AI are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share them on social media and use them for personal purposes.

Age Requirements

The Service is intended for use by adults (18 years or older) or minors under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you are either an adult or have parental/guardian consent.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The images generated by our AI are artistic interpretations and may not perfectly represent the original subject. Results vary based on input photo quality, lighting, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific results.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or unsatisfactory results.

Data Deletion

All uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We cannot recover deleted photos. Please keep your own copies of any photos you upload.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
